Orders and Payments
1- HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred items, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart”. Once ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
2- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following:
Cash on Delivery (All Over Egypt)
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Fawery, Instapay, Mobile Wallets)
3- CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
After this period, your order is processed and cannot be changed.
Shipping and Delivery
1- DO YOU SHIP ALL OVER EGYPT?
Yes! We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.
2- HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
- Cairo & Alexandria: 3–5 business days
- Other governorates: 3–6 business days
3- CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
Returns and Refunds
1- DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 2 weeks from the delivery date.
2- WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in the original condition as received.
- Only items with the white strap are eligible for returns.
- Sale items or items purchased with a promo code are not eligible for returns.
3- HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Step 1: Email us at support@hikeystore.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Step 2: We will provide instructions and ship the return. The process typically takes 3–6 business days once confirmed.
